I was inspired by Che at Come Alive Co to really dig deep and really tell people what I do. Here it goes…
Have you ever wondered why I named my business Mint and Merit?
The story behind the name goes a little something like this:
✨ Mint / Teal / Greenish-Blue is my f a v o r i t e color.
✨ My initials at birth were MF. When I married and changed my name, I decided to get a DBA that matched my current initials: M & M. You know I love chocolate, right? Pun intended. I spent weeks looking up M words that described me and what I wanted to create. I don’t regret that choice.
✨ When I created the current icon, I wanted it to portray ocean waves. Did I mention I am OBSESSED with the beach?! Funny enough, I asked a friend what she thought and she said she saw a heartbeat. Talk about HAPPY accidents! I looooove that.
